THE COMMISSION FOR THE NATIONAL CO-ORDINATION OF DRUGS CONTROL CONSTITUTION ORDER

(Sections 4(1) and (6))

G.N. No. 26 of 1997

    1. This Order may be cited as the Commission for the National Co-ordination of Drugs Control Constitution Order.

    2. In this Order, unless the context requires otherwise–

    “Act” means the Drugs and Prevention of Illicit Traffic in Drugs Act function a1(msg) { myWindow=window.open(”,”,’width=157,height=73,left=400 ,scrollbars=1,top=400,screenX=400,screenY=100′);myWindow.document.write(msg);}*.

    3. The Commission for the National Co-ordination of Drugs Control whose members are specified under section 4(6) of the Act is hereby constituted.
