THE WITNESS SUMMONSES (APPLICATION OF THE ACT) ORDER

(Section 3)

    1. This Order may be cited as the Witness Summonses (Application of the Act) Order.

    2. It is declared that the Witness Summonses (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act shall apply to the following countries–

    Kenya    –    G.N. No. 56 of 1969

    Uganda    –    G.N. No. 181 of 1969.
