THE PUBLICATIONS (COMPULSORY DEPOSIT) ORDER

(Section 3(1))

G.N. No. 61 of 1964

    1. This Order may be cited as the Publications (Compulsory Deposit) Order.

    2. The further copy of every book printed in Tanzania shall, in accordance with the provisions of subsection (1) of section 3 of the Publications (Compulsory Deposit) Act function a1(msg) { myWindow=window.open(”,”,’width=117,height=69,left=400 ,scrollbars=1,top=400,screenX=400,screenY=100′);myWindow.document.write(msg);}* be delivered to the Director of Library Services at his office.

Note:    Under section 3 of Cap. 294 the printer of every publication in Tanzania is required to deliver a copy of the publication to a person or persons and at such places as the Minister may direct. This Order directs the delivery of a further copy to the Director of Library Services.
