1. This Order may be cited as the Tanzania Audit Corporation (Assumption of Audit Responsibilities) (B.P. (Tanzania) Limited) Order, and shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 30th December, 1985.
2. The Tanzania Audit Corporation is hereby required to assume in relation to B.P. (Tanzania) Limited the responsibilities referred to in section 4(2) of the Tanzania Audit Corporation Act.
