<\/a>THE LAND (RENT) REGULATIONS<\/a>\n<\/p>\n

G.N. No. 464 of 2001\n<\/p>\n

1.    Citation\n<\/p>\n

    These Regulations may be cited as the Land (Rent) Regulations.\n<\/p>\n

2.    Land Rent\n<\/p>\n

    The Land Rent payable for farms outside statutory township boundaries shall be as prescribed in the Schedule to these Regulations.\n<\/p>\n

3.    No refund\n<\/p>\n

    The land rent paid prior to the commencement of these Regulations shall not be refundable.\n<\/p>\n

SCHEDULE\n<\/p>\n

    The land rent for any type of farming outside any statutory township boundaries shall be Tanzania shillings two hundred only per acre or part thereof.
