<\/a>THE WITNESS SUMMONSES (APPLICATION OF THE ACT) ORDER<\/a>\n<\/p>\n

(Section 3)\n<\/p>\n

    1.<\/b> This Order may be cited as the Witness Summonses (Application of the Act) Order.\n<\/p>\n

    2.<\/b> It is declared that the Witness Summonses (Reciprocal Enforcement) Act shall apply to the following countries–\n<\/p>\n

    Kenya    –    G.N. No. 56 of 1969\n<\/p>\n

    Uganda    –    G.N. No. 181 of 1969.
