    These Regulations may be cited as the Distribution and Discharge of Shares to the KNCU and Other Persons of the Tanganyika Coffee Curing Company Moshi Regulations.\n<\/p>\n

2.    Shares to be payable preceding the effective date\n<\/p>\n
